This standard does not cover all techniques of risk assessment, and the techniques not introduced in the standard do not mean that they are invalid. This International Standard is intended to guide organizations in selecting appropriate risk assessment techniques, general risk management criteria, and organizations of all types and sizes. For the safety aspects of this standard, please refer to GB/T 20000.4-2003.
