Scope

This document specifies the general requirements and promotion requirements for the construction of core public health capabilities at ports, and describes the corresponding verification methods. This document is applicable to the public health core capacity building of air, water transport, highway and railway ports approved by the state to be opened to the outside world. Please refer to this document for the technical requirements of temporary open ports and port opening pre-acceptance. This document does not apply to cross-border passages, border bazaar trade areas, and non-port areas for entry vehicles, containers, goods, and articles for health and quarantine inspection and sanitation.
