Scope

This standard specifies the indicators of pathogenic bacteria in prepackaged food, their limit requirements and inspection methods. This standard applies to prepackaged foods in the categories in Table 1, and does not apply to foods subject to commercial sterility requirements, packaged drinking water, and drinking natural mineral water. 2 Application principles
