Scope
This standard specifies the definition, performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of 93% alumina ceramics for vacuum electronic devices. This standard is applicable to the alumina mass fraction used in vacuum electronic device porcelain bodies and device parts, etc. is (93±0.5) % alumina ceramics (93% alumina porcelain). The 93% alumina ceramics used in structural engineering used in other fields can be used as a reference.
