Scope
This guiding technical document stipulates the main process material requirements, process procedures, main process descriptions, preparation of copper electroplating solutions, quality inspection, removal and repair of unqualified plating, etc. for electroplating copper. This guiding technical document is applicable to the quality acceptance of electroplated copper and copper plating on structural steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, high-temperature alloys and TC1, TC2, TC6 and TC11 titanium alloy parts (components). Other titanium alloy parts can be electroplated with copper as a reference.
