Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of refrigerant compressors for automotive air conditioners (hereinafter referred to as "compressors"). This standard applies to various types of refrigerant compressors for automotive air conditioners using R134a and R407C as refrigerants. Other vehicles or compressors using other environmentally friendly refrigerants can be implemented as a reference.
