Scope

This standard specifies the principle and analysis procedure for the determination method of boron in uranium hexafluoride. When the sampling amount is 50mg uranium, the detection range of boron is 0.5～8.0μg/g uranium. This standard applies to the determination of boron in uranium hexafluoride with silicon content less than 200μg/g uranium.
