Scope
This part of GB/T 32346 specifies the type, material and technology of XLPE insulated long-length AC submarine cables (the following submarine cables refer to AC submarine cables) with a rated voltage of 220 kV (Um = 252 kV) Requirements, tests, acceptance rules, shipment and storage. This part applies to the rated voltage 220 kV (Um = 252 kV) single-core, three-core XLPE insulated and optical fiber composite XLPE insulated large-length submarine cables used under the submarine laying and operating conditions . This section does not apply to dynamic cables used on offshore floating platforms, etc.
