Scope
This part of GB/T 3048 specifies the terms and definitions of the dielectric loss tangent test, test equipment, sample preparation, test procedures, test results and calculations, precautions and test records. This part is applicable to measuring the dielectric loss tangent (tanδ) value and capacitance value of cable products under power frequency AC voltage, but not applicable to winding wire products. This section should be used together with GB/T 3048.1.
