This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of freeze-dried sea cucumbers. This standard applies to products made from fresh sea cucumbers (Stichepus japonicus), frozen sea cucumbers, salted sea cucumbers, etc., through vacuum freeze-drying and other processes; products processed from other species of sea cucumbers as raw materials can be implemented by reference.
