This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of salted sea cucumbers. This standard applies to products made from fresh and live sea cucumbers (Stichepus japonicus) through processes such as evisceration, cleaning, pre-cooking, and salting. Products processed from other varieties of sea cucumbers as raw materials may refer to this implementation.
