- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test items, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for transformer oil dielectric loss testers. This standard applies to the production, testing, use and maintenance of dielectric loss testers (referred to as testers) for transformer oil and other insulating oils.
