Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of transformer no-load loss and load loss testers for measuring transformer no-load loss and load loss. This standard applies to the production, use and inspection of transformer air and load loss testers (referred to as "testers").
