Scope

This standard applies to the design, material inspection, construction and acceptance of coal tar enamel exterior anti-corrosion coatings for buried steel pipelines. This standard is applicable to the coal tar enamel outer anti-corrosion coating of steel pipelines whose transmission medium temperature is not higher than 95°C.
