This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method, energy-saving management and measures for the limit of energy consumption per unit of electricity supplied by conventional coal-fired generating units (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption"). This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of conventional coal-fired power generation production enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of newly built units. This standard does not apply to heating units and comprehensive utilization units.
