Scope: This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method, energy conservation management and measures for the limit of energy consumption per unit of electricity supplied by conventional pure condensing coal-fired generating units (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption). This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of conventional pure condensing coal-fired power generation production enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of newly built units. This standard does not apply to heating units and comprehensive utilization units burning low-grade fuels.
