Scope: This standard specifies the basic requirements, identification and evaluation methods, test methods and energy-saving management measures for the economic operation of centrifugal pumps, mixed flow pumps and axial flow pump systems driven by AC motors. This standard applies to centrifugal pumps, mixed flow pumps and axial flow pump systems driven by AC motors in use. The system design of renovated, expanded and newly built centrifugal pumps, mixed flow pumps and axial flow pumps can be implemented as a reference.
