- This standard specifies the energy consumption per unit of electricity supplied by conventional coal-fired power generation units (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") 7 limit levels, technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation methods. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of conventional coal-fired power generation enterprises. And the energy consumption control of new units.This standard does not apply to combined heat and power units, circulating fluidized bed units and comprehensive utilization of resources units.
