- Scope
- This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of epoxy resin primers. This standard applies to room temperature curing two-component solvent-based coatings with epoxy resin as the main film-forming substance. This coating is mainly used for sealing and protecting the surfaces of metal, concrete and other substrates. This standard does not apply to epoxy resin primers containing zinc powder, glass flakes and asphalt.
