Scope

This part of GB/T 13288 is a part of the evaluation standard for steel surface roughness after abrasive blast cleaning. This standard specifies the technical requirements for ISO surface roughness comparison samples for visual and tactile comparison of the roughness of steel surfaces after abrasive blast cleaning. ISO surface roughness comparison coupons are used for on-site evaluation of steel surface roughness after abrasive blast cleaning prior to application of paint. This part of GB/T 13288 also contains the definitions of terms in other parts of GB/T 13288.
