Scope

This standard specifies specific requirements for establishing safety production standardization for offshore oil and gas production units engaged in offshore oil and gas extraction activities within the internal waters, territorial waters, contiguous zones, exclusive economic zones, continental shelves of the People's Republic of China, and other sea areas under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China. . This standard applies to offshore oil and gas production units that have the main responsibility for offshore oil production facilities. The safety production standardization work of oil and gas production units engaged in oil and gas extraction activities in inland lakes can be used as a reference.
