Scope

This standard specifies the safety rules that should be followed in the design, construction, installation, trial production, completion and certification inspection of shallow (shoal) sea steel fixed platforms (hereinafter referred to as platforms). This standard applies to newly built, renovated and expanded platforms in shallow (beach) sea areas.
