- This standard specifies the maintenance, inspection and inspection requirements for escape and life-saving equipment on shallow (shoal) offshore oil facilities. This standard applies to shallow (shoal) sea oil facilities that are self-operated or jointly operated with foreign parties in accordance with the law in the shallow (shoal) waters of the People's Republic of China.
