Scope: This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of crystalline silicon solar cells for ground use. This standard applies to ground-use monocrystalline silicon solar cells and ground-use polycrystalline silicon solar cells (hereinafter referred to as batteries).
