Scope

This part of GB/T 2828 specifies a counting sampling inspection system. This section uses the term acceptance quality limit (AQL) to search. The purpose of this standard is to create financial and psychological pressure on the supplier to maintain the process on average at least as good as the specified acceptance quality limit through lot non-acceptance, while at the same time giving the user the risk of occasionally accepting bad quality lots. Provide an upper limit. The sampling plan specified in this part of GB/T 2828 can be used for (but not limited to) the following inspections: - final product; - parts and raw materials; - operation; - work in progress; - inventory; maintenance operations; — data or records; — management procedures. 1.2 These sampling plans are intended primarily for continuous series of lots. Continuous series of batches The length of the series of batches is sufficient to allow the use of transfer rules (see 9.3). These rules are: a) to provide a protection to the user by transferring to tightened inspection or suspending sampling inspection once a deterioration in quality is found; b) to provide protection by transferring to reduced inspection once a consistent good quality An incentive to reduce inspection costs. The sampling plan of this standard may also be used for the inspection of isolated lots, but in this case it is especially recommended that the user consult the sampling characteristic curve of the sampling plan (see 12.1) in order to find a sampling plan that will give the desired protection. Users can also refer to the sampling plan searched by limit quality (LQ) given in GB/T 15239-1994.
