Scope
This part of GB/T 17626 specifies the measurement methods and interpretation of measurement results for power quality parameters in 50Hz AC power supply systems. The measurement methods of each relevant parameter are described in terms that can provide reliable and repeatable results, but do not involve the means of realization of the measurement methods. This section deals with field measurement methods. This section applies to the measurement of the parameters referred to only in power systems that can handle voltage phenomena. The power quality parameters involved in this section refer to grid frequency, supply voltage amplitude, flicker, supply voltage dips and swells, voltage interruptions, transient voltages, supply voltage unbalance, voltage harmonics and interharmonics, supply voltage mid carrier signal and rapid voltage changes. Depending on the measurement purpose, it may be necessary to measure all or some of the above parameters. This section only provides measurement methods and corresponding performance requirements, and does not set thresholds. The role of sensors between the power supply system and instruments is well known, so it is not described in detail in this section, and only the precautions for installing monitors on live circuits are specified.
