Scope
This part of GB/T 17626 applies to measuring instruments for measuring spectral components (up to 9 kHz) added to the fundamental wave of a 50 Hz or 60 Hz power system. From practical application considerations, this section divides the signal into harmonics. Inter-harmonics and other components above the harmonic range but below 9Hz. The author specifies the emission limit values given in some standards (such as the harmonic current and value given in IEC61000-3-2) to test the equipment one by one, and to test the harmonics of the actual power supply system. An instrument for the measurement of current and voltage. Provisional regulations have been made for measuring instruments in the range from above harmonic frequency to 9 Hz (see Appendix B). Inter-harmonic generation and measurement and special measurement methods made interim provisions, (see Appendix C). Note 1: The instruments involved in this section are based on the discrete Fourier transform. Note 2: This section clearly describes the structure and function of the measuring instrument, so it can be understood literally. This is because the reference instrument is required to obtain repeatable results regardless of the characteristics of the input signal. Note 3: The specified measuring instrument shall have the ability to measure up to the 50th harmonic.
