Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic principles, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of voltage transformer secondary circuit voltage drop testers (hereinafter referred to as voltage drop testers). This standard applies to voltage drop testers using wired measurement methods and wireless measurement methods.
