Scope

This standard specifies the basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of three-phase asynchronous motors with constant torque for marine cargo machines. This standard applies to three-phase asynchronous motors with constant torque for marine cargo machines. The motors are suitable for electric drive equipment for deck cargo machinery that requires frequent operations, frequent starting, braking, and intermittent work in forward and reverse operation in ships, such as Cranes and special winches, etc.
