Scope

This part of GB/T 12008 specifies the method for determining the viscosity of polyether polyols. Method A is the Brookfield viscosity method. This test method is suitable for determining the viscosity of polyether polyols with a viscosity range of (10-10) mPa•s at 25°C or 50°C. It is also suitable for viscosity determination of more viscous samples which can be dissolved in n-butyl acetate. Method B is the rotational viscosity method. This test method is applicable to the determination of the viscosity of polyether polyols with a viscosity range of (10-10) mPa·s at 25 °C.
