Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of ethylenediamine and hexamethylenediamine in food simulants. This standard applies to water, 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution, 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution three water-based food simulants, lipid food simulant olive oil and 95% (volume fraction) ethanol solution, isooctyl Determination of the content of ethylenediamine and hexamethylenediamine in two kinds of lipid substitute food simulants of alkanes. The lower limit of determination of ethylenediamine in water, 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution and 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution, 95% (volume fraction) ethanol and isooctane food simulant is 1.00 mg/L, The lower limit of determination of diamine is 0.500 mg/L; the lower limit of determination of ethylenediamine in olive oil is 1.00 mg/kg, and the lower limit of determination of hexamethylenediamine is 0.500 mg/kg.
