Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging and storage of multi-effect distillation (excluding mechanical pressure steam distillation) seawater desalination equipment. This standard applies to the design, production, acceptance and inspection of multi-effect distillation seawater desalination equipment.
