This part of GB/T 9695 specifies the determination method of carmine coloring agent in meat products. The first method in this part is applicable to the determination of carmine coloring agent in meat products, and the second method is applicable to the determination of carmine in meat products containing only carmine coloring agent. The detection limit of this method: high performance liquid chromatography: 0.05mg/kg; colorimetry: 0.4mg/kg.
