Scope
This part of GB/T 18932 specifies the method for determination of potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, manganese, chromium, lead and cadmium in honey by atomic absorption spectrometry. This section applies to the determination of 11 elements in honey.
