- This document specifies the HPLC method for the determination of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline and doxycycline residues in aquatic products. This document is applicable to the determination of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline and doxycycline residues in edible tissues of aquatic products such as fish, shrimp, crab, turtle and sea cucumber.
