Scope

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection method for oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline and doxycycline residues in puffer fish and eel. This standard applies to the determination of oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chlortetracycline and doxycycline residues in puffer fish and eel. The method detection limit of this standard is 0.010mg/kg.
