Scope

This document specifies the chemical characteristics, biodegradability, bone decomposition performance, impact of biodegradation process, compost quality requirements and evaluation procedures of plastic products suitable for home composting, and specifies the corresponding test methods. This document applies to plastic materials and their products for household composting.
