Scope

This part of GB/T 1033 specifies three methods for determining the density of non-foamed plastics: Method A: dipping method, applicable to solid plastics without pores except powder. Method B: liquid pycnometer method, suitable for small slices of powder, flakes, pellets or product parts. Method C: Titration method, suitable for non-porous plastics. This standard applies to plastic or extruded non-cellular plastics, as well as powders, flakes and granules of non-cellular plastics.
