This standard specifies the classification and marking of regenerative electric heating devices, general requirements, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to thermal storage electric heating devices (hereinafter referred to as "device") that use electricity as the heating source for heat storage and use thermal energy as the output form, with a rated operating voltage level below 1kV and a nominal thermal storage electric power of 5kW or above.
