- Scope
- This document stipulates the energy consumption limit levels, technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation methods for unit products of non-ferrous heavy metal smelting enterprises. This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of the following non-ferrous heavy metals copper, zinc, lead, nickel, tin, antimony, recycled lead, diamond and secretive smelting enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of new construction and reconstruction and expansion projects. a) Copper smelting enterprises that use copper concentrate, blister copper, and miscellaneous copper (including black copper, recycled copper alloy raw materials, recycled copper raw materials, and other copper-containing materials after sorting and removing impurities, etc.) as raw materials. It is not suitable for the copper smelting process, the leaching electrowinning process of copper-containing materials and the direct heap leaching process of copper-containing ores that treat hazardous copper-containing wastes (such as copper-containing sludge, copper-containing smoke and dust). b) Zinc smelting enterprises that use zinc concentrate, lead-zinc mixed concentrate, and zinc-containing secondary resources as raw materials. c) Lead smelting enterprises that use lead concentrate and crude lead as their main raw materials, and lead electrolytic refining enterprises that use crude lead as their raw materials. It is not applicable to the comprehensive lead recovery process of closed blast furnace (ISP method) zinc smelting and the production enterprises that use refining waste slag as the main raw material to recover lead. d) Nickel smelting and nickel refining enterprises that process nickel sulfide concentrates. Not applicable to nickel smelting enterprises using nickel oxide ore as raw material. e) Tin smelting enterprises using tin concentrate as the main raw material. It is not applicable to tin smelting enterprises that mainly focus on comprehensive recycling. f) Using antimony sulfide concentrate, sulfur-oxygen mixed antimony concentrate and brittle sulfur-lead antimony concentrate as raw materials, using the blast furnace rough refining process and using antimony sulfide, sulfur-oxygen mixed antimony low-grade ore (antimony grade is 10%~20%) An antimony smelting enterprise that adopts the open-hearth crude refining process for raw materials. g) Fire-based recycled lead smelting enterprises using waste lead-acid batteries and metallic lead waste as raw materials. h) Cobalt smelting enterprises using cobalt sulfide copper ore, crude cobalt carbonate, crude cobalt hydroxide, white alloy, battery waste and nickel smelting cobalt slag as raw materials. i) Pyrogenic and hydrometallurgical smelting enterprises using bismuth sulfide concentrate and bismuth oxide concentrate as raw materials.
