- This standard specifies the requirements, calculation principles, calculation methods, calculation scope, and energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption limit per unit product of recycled lead enterprises. This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of the energy consumption of secondary lead smelting enterprises using waste lead-acid batteries and metallic lead waste as raw materials, as well as the energy consumption control of new projects.
