This standard stipulates the requirements for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limit of the unit product of copper smelting enterprises, statistical scope, calculation method, calculation scope and energy-saving management and measures. This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption of copper smelting enterprises using copper concentrate, blister copper, and miscellaneous copper scrap as raw materials, as well as the energy consumption control of new projects. This standard does not apply to the blister copper smelting process and the direct heap leaching process of copper-containing ore for processing copper-containing electronic waste, and the energy consumption index does not apply to the comprehensive recovery of copper-containing waste within the enterprise.
