Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation method, calculation scope, and energy-saving management and measures for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) limit of the unit product of tin smelting enterprises. This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of all tin smelting enterprises that use tin concentrate as the main raw material, as well as the energy consumption control of new tin smelting projects. This standard does not apply to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of tin smelting enterprises mainly engaged in comprehensive recycling.
