- This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation method and calculation scope, and energy-saving management and measures of zinc smelting enterprises' unit product energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption) quota. This standard applies to the calculation and evaluation of energy consumption per unit product of zinc smelting enterprises that use zinc concentrate or lead-zinc mixed concentrate as raw materials to produce zinc ingots, as well as the energy consumption control of new projects.
