Scope
This guideline stipulates the test items and methods for assessing the technical and economic indicators of newly built thermal power generating units. The test items included in this guideline are general requirements for new thermal power generators. The assessment items stipulated in the supply contract shall be carried out in accordance with the contract; if not stipulated in the contract, the relevant provisions of this guideline shall apply. This guideline applies to coal-fired units of 300MW and above, gas-steam combined cycle units of grade 9E and above, and other capacity units can be implemented as a reference.
