- Scope
- This standard specifies the ammonia gas-sensing electrode method for the determination of ammonia in industrial waste gas. This standard applies to the determination of ammonia in air and industrial waste gas. The detection limit of this method is 0.7μg ammonia in 10mL absorption solution. When the total volume of the sample solution is 10mL and the sampling volume is 60L, the minimum detection concentration is 0.014mg/m3. According to the Nernst formula, every time the ammonia concentration changes tenfold, the electrode potential changes by about 60mV.
