- This standard stipulates the emission concentration limits, monitoring and control requirements of thermal power plants, as well as the implementation and supervision of standards and other related regulations. This standard is applicable to the air pollutant emission management of existing thermal power plants, the environmental impact assessment of thermal power plant construction projects, environmental protection engineering design, environmental protection acceptance after completion and the emission management of air pollutants after they are put into operation. This standard applies to coal-fired power boilers with a single output of 65t/h or more, except for layer-burning furnaces and coal thrower furnaces; pulverized coal power boilers of various capacities; Thermal power plants with gas turbine units of various capacities; power generation boilers with coal gangue, biomass, oil shale, petroleum coke and other fuels with a single output of 65t/h or more, refer to the pollutants of circulating fluidized bed thermal power boilers in this standard Emission control requirements are enforced. Gas turbine units for integrated coal gasification combined cycle power generation implement the emission limits for gas turbine units burning natural gas in this standard. This standard does not apply to thermal power plants of various capacities that use domestic garbage and hazardous waste as fuel. This standard applies to the discharge of pollutants permitted by law. The site selection of newly established pollution sources and the management of existing pollution sources in special protection areas shall be in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Water Pollution, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Marine Environmental Protection, and the The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Impact Assessment and other laws, regulations and rules shall be implemented.
