Scope

This standard specifies the noise measurement method for A sound level and sound pressure level, and also specifies the noise measurement method for sound power level. This standard is applicable to the noise measurement of general type fans, turbo blowers, turbo compressors (hereinafter referred to as fans) and Roots blowers.
