Scope: This standard specifies the classification and naming, requirements, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of silicone rubber compounds with high tear strength and high tensile strength. This standard applies to silicone rubber compounds with high tear strength (Type H ≥ 45 kN/m, Type M ≥ 35 kN/m) and high tensile strength (Type H ≥ 10 MPa, Type M ≥ 8 MPa).
