Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models, types, basic parameters and working conditions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of hot melt adhesive labeling machines. This standard applies to hot-melt adhesive labeling machines (hereinafter referred to as "labeling machines") that use hot-melt adhesives as adhesives to automatically attach labels to packaging containers or products (hereinafter referred to as "labeled objects").
